The terms ‘RPC’ or ‘Direct Selling Entity’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner “Royal Premier Club” of the website whose registered office is C-74 Kamla Nagar, Agra-282005, Uttar Pradesh. The term ‘You’ refers to the Direct Seller or user or viewer or customer of our website. The access to and use of the www.royalpremierclub.com website (hereinafter the ‘Website’) and the information, materials, products, and services available through the Website are subject to these terms of use (the Website Terms of Use).

In addition, for RPC’s Direct Sellers (hereinafter referred to as DS), the documents constituting the Direct Seller Contract apply and for any purchases of goods or services, our Refund Policy applies.

The Website “Terms of Use” may be updated from time to time. The updated versions will be posted on our Website and are effective immediately. When using the Website you should regularly verify whether the Website Terms of Use have been updated or amended.

The Website provides information on RPC, Policies, Business terms, and RPC products and services are intended only for use from India and are in conformance with the laws of India. RPC disclaims any liability and responsibility for use of the RPC Website from other countries.

The contents of the pages of this website are for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Users are advised to rely on information posted herein for any purpose only after verification and confirmation of the same from authentic and authoritative sources. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any product(s), service(s), or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. No contents/portion of the contents, graphics, picture, or presentation in this site may be used without explicit permission in writing from the Authorised Signatory/Management of the Direct Selling Entity. Usage of contents/parts thereof without verifiable and expressed permission from the Direct Selling entity’s authorized person will attract legal consequences.

1. Password Protected Parts of the RPC Website
The password-protected parts of our Website are intended exclusively for DS's (Direct Sellers) and Franchisee(s) in India.
Please note that passwords should not be shared with any other person/third parties to prevent unauthorized access. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password, you should notify our office immediately. We hereby disclaim any liability and responsibility whatsoever for damage caused as a result of negligent or improper use of passwords.

2. Purchase Policy
We accept payments through Debit/Credit Cards, online banking, NEFT/RTGS, Demand Drafts, payment gateways. You might be required to provide your debit or credit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard, you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. We advise you not to save debit/credit card details on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card which is not lawfully owned by you i.e in any transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. If we observe or bring to our notice that the card details provided by you are not legally owned by you or are misrepresentation or in a way fraudulent or against banking norms and applicable law(s), then Direct Selling Entity may initiate suitable action against that person which deemed appropriate. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to frauds verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details. RPC expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same from your bank/financial institution whether or not your payment is successful while placing the order. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. RPC will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

3. Product Disclaimer
The information about our products as available on our website or printed on products/packages is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. This information is intended as an introduction to value addition in life through supplements. Our products aim at maintaining holistic balance in body and immunity level but are in no way substitute for medical diagnosis. We are not medical professionals or researchers hence we cannot prescribe what product, composition, the dosage can cure your disease or disorder. We cannot answer medical questions to prescribe cures, treatment or to guess what is wrong with you. Please do consult your health practitioner/ doctor about your health conditions and use our supplements for value addition in life. Any product used in excessive amounts will invite problems.

We shall be responsible for the quality of products only if such products are bought from us or through our franchise outlets or authorized Direct Seller(s). The buyer shall be solely responsible for all consequences for the purchase and use of products bought from unauthorized sources including unauthorized websites, an E-commerce marketplace, or unauthorized parties.

4 Refund and Return policies:
We are committed to delivering you the best quality products and guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied by an invoice and relevant ID proof of the Customer. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon the Customers/Direct Sellers to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

Customer/Direct Sellers may return the products within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

• If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date accompanied by original invoice full refund will be given.
• If the product is in marketable** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date not accompanied by original invoice refund after deduction of Taxes levied will be given.
• If the product is in Unmarketable*** condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date refund value will be assessed by appointed officer/authorised representative and appropriate value will be given.

**Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.
***Unmarketable are products, which have been partially used/opened/ damaged.
Notes:

• The Customer/Direct Seller must return the product(s) to our head office personally or by courier.
• Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the customer/ Direct Seller on return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by our executive.
•  PV/BV adjustment of products returned shall be processed in the same Payout. Total PV/BV of the returned products will be deducted from the returning direct sellers account.

If customers return products directly to RPC, PV/BV adjustment shall be done from the Direct Sellers payout account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from the direct seller.

5 RPC's Privacy Statement and Policies
All personal data provided to RPC while using the Website will be handled carefully in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy. All information provided to us during the use of the Website must be correct, complete, and up to date. If we have reason to believe that inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information or document has been provided/ submitted, access to the Website may be limited or blocked.

6. Children’s Privacy Protection
Our website neither targets nor is intended for children below the age of 18. Shopping/Sign Up is restricted for persons below 18 years of age.

7. Copyright and Use of RPC Website Materials
The RPC Website (www.royalpremierclub.com) and materials made available on the RPC Website are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade names, and trademarks, including the name ROYAL PREMIER CLUB and the ROYAL PREMIER CLUB logo, and are owned by Royal Premier Club or used by Royal Premier Club under a license or with permission from the owner of such rights. Materials protected by such intellectual property rights include the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, photos, images, articles, stories, and other materials available on the RPC Website (collectively, Website Materials) and associated apps.

Website Materials may only be reproduced, distributed, published, or otherwise publicly presented based on prior written consent by Royal Premier Club. As an exception to this rule, RPC grants DSs a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Website Materials solely for the purposes of operating their businesses by downloading, storing, printing, copying, sharing, and displaying Website Materials, provided that the Material is unaltered and the source of information is quoted in case any Website Materials are disclosed to third parties. The right to use the password-protected parts of the RPC Website as a DS or a Franchisee ends on resignation, termination of the DS Contract, or Franchisee Contract without the need for any further actions by RPC. In the event of resignation/termination thereof, the DS or Franchisee are not permitted to use website material and must delete or destroy all stored, printed or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We are not responsible or liable for the information or materials made available by such third-party websites.
